A 24 year old St Catharines resident is facing a charge of arson in connection with a fire on Wilholme Drive.
Flames broke out at a home Monday night around 7:30, but with the help of neighbours, the fire was put out before it spread.
Police have issued an arrest warrant for Jonluc Williams.
