They made their escape from the High Park Zoo overnight and haven't been seen since.
Toronto City Councillor Sarah Doucette says they are believed to be somewhere near the creek, to the east of the zoo.
The animals are the largest rodents in the world and look much like overgrown Guinea Pigs.
"They are not dangerous, they do have long front teeth, but because they are shy we ask that you don't approach them."
She says they are searching the park right now, in hopes of bringing them home safely.
