The Tim Bosma Murder trial will resume today with one of the Crown's star witnesses on the stand.
Cross examination of the girlfriend of one of the co-accused Mark Smirch, Marlena Meneses
Hamilton Spectator Reporter Molly Hayes says this testimony has been highly anticipated since the girlfriends of the co-accused are able to give the closest glimpse into their lives and minds.
Meneses testifying the two seemed ready to celebrate when they picked her up the morning of May 7th, the morning the crown alleges they were incinerating Bosma's body.
She says they told her the "mission" went well and they got their truck
Meneses told court last week that Smich told her it was Dellen Millard who shot Bosma in the Truck
Later this week, Millard's girlfriend who is charged with accessory to murder Christina Noudga is expected to testify.
