A Niagara Falls man has been arrested for aggravated assault.
Niagara Police were called to the area of Spring Street in the Falls early yesterday morning, in regards to an alleged assault that had taken place.
An investigation occurred and resulted in the arrest of Micheal Follis.
Police say this matter remains under investigation.
