Batmobile breaks down on the 401

Drivers returning from Ontario's cottage country slowed to a crawl Sunday evening near Napanee as they watched Batman, in his Batsuit, working on his Batmobile on the side of the highway.  

Stephen Lawrence, who's been dressing as the Caped Crusader since he lost his father as a teenager, says he was driving home from a charity event in Kingston when he heard something rattling in his Batmobile.

He says it turned out to be just a hatch.

Lawrence says the car was fine, but his ride gets gawkers wherever he goes.
