President Barak Obama will be in Alaska today to announce a name change.
Mount McKinley's name will be changed back to Denali, the Athabascan word for the high one.
The White House calls it a show of respect for the traditions of the natives of Alaska.
Obama's trip to Alaska is an historic one, he will become the first sitting president to travel north of the Artic Circle.
