Two St. Catharines residents are facing drug charges after an investigation by NRP into the sale of heroin and crystal meth in the Garden City.
Last week, police attempted to arrest one of the suspects identified as Michael Pereira when he was driving in the area of Lake and Russell.
Pereira sped away in his car and refused to stop for police.
The pursuit was abandoned for safety reasons.
Yesterday police moved in and arrested the suspect in a north end apartment complex.
A search of the unit he shared with a second suspect, Karleigh Smyth turned up a large quantity of Crystal Methamphetamine, Heroin, Cocaine, MDMA, GHB, Shatter, Marijuana, Hash, Prescription Medication worth abuot $8200.
The two are both facing a laundry list of charges including failing to comply with bail conditions.
