Closing arguments are to begin today in the murder trial of two men accused of killing an Ancaster father who disappeared three years ago on a test drive of a truck he was trying to sell.
After four months of hearing evidence and 91 crown witnesses the case will soon be in the hands of the jury.
It will be up to the jury to decide if Dellen Millard and Mark Smich are guilty or innocent of shooting the Ancaster father on May 6th 2013 and then disposing of his body in an incinerator.
Smich has testified that it was Millard who fatally shot Bosma and burned his body.
Millard's lawyer has suggested that it was Smich who shot Bosma in a struggle inside the truck, while the Crown alleges the pair meticulously planned for more than a year to kill and burn a human being.
