Niagara Police have arrested a second man suspected of defacing several Welland landmarks with graffiti.
On Friday, Police arrived at the residence of 18-year old Shawn LeBlanc and arrested him with several charges including 13 counts of mischief under $5000 and possession of a prohibited weapon after a knife was found at the scene.
Before being arrested Leblanc attempted to flee the scene but was quickly grabbed.
Earlier in the week Niagara Police also arrested 31 year old Arron Doucette with the same mischief charge
These relate to tags seen throughout downtown that read "SECRO" and "CSTP 2016"
Leblanc is currently being held in custody pending a bail hearing today.
