Apparently there is someone in the small Ontario community of Harrisburg that has a beef with cyclists.
Yesterday's annual Paris to Ancaster bike race, hit a snag when it appears someone deliberately cut down trees to block part of the route cyclists take during the race.
The obstacle forced riders to get off their bikes and push them over the logs and branches.
Race organizor John Thorpe tells the Spec, that section of roadway was clear on Saturday.
Thorpe adding for the last 23 years of the race, the community of Harrisburg has been great, it's just one or two people who don't like us very much.
