Regional Chair Alan Caslin was reimbursed just over $20,000 for a vehicle allowance, $5,100 in conference related expenses and a little more than $6,000 in other expenses.
The most frugal on council, Thorold Mayor Ted Luciani who only billed taxpayers for $479.46.
