BREAKING: Niagara high school teacher free on bail

A Niagara high school teacher facing sexual offences involving two female students is free on bail.

31 year old Michael Molnar appeared in a bail court in St. Catharines today and was released.

Molnar, who lives in Pelham will be back in court on April 20th.

Police arrested Molnar, a teacher at A N Myer Secondary in Niagara Falls on Monday.

He is accused of sexually assaulting two female students under the age of 18 at the time of the alleged incidents.
 
Detectives say one of the girls was a student at A. N. Myer where the teacher has been working since 2013.

The second girl was a student of Sir Winston in St. Catharines, where the teacher taught from 2009 to 2013.

He was suspended in December of last year with pay pending the outcome of the investigation.
 
Molnar is charged with sexual assault, sexual interference, invitation to sexual touching and sexual exploitation.
 
The allegations stem from incidents on and off school property and during and after school hours.
 
The DSBN says they will be making youth counsellors available to students.
