Police are looking for a suspect after the IDA Pharmacy was robbed in Chippawa.
It happened Monday February 1st at 9:30am on Main Street.
Officers say a man walked into the pharmacy armed with a weapon and demanded narcotics.
After receiving a quantity of narcotics the suspect fled on foot toward the area of Willoughby Drive and Welland Street.
The suspect is described as a white male, 5'8" tall, approximately 160lbs.
The suspect was wearing a grey hooded sweat shirt, light coloured pants and a black ski mask during the robbery.
Anyone with information and specifically residents or business owners in the area of Niagara Street, Main Street, Willoughby Drive, Oliver Street and Gunning Drive that possess video surveillance systems are requested to contact the #2 District Detective Office at 905-688-4111 ext: 2200.
