The trial for two men accused of killing Hamilton father Tim Bosma got underway today with jury selection.
The screening process for potential jurors in the Bosma case will continue this afternoon.
So far, 149 potential jurors have been identified, they'll return Thursday for phase two of the process which will see the crown and defence attorney's question potential jurors.
The judge in the case said the trial will be lengthy, about four months in duration.
Dellen Millard wearing a grey suit and Mark Smich dressed in a grey sweater were seating in the prisoners box for the process. Lawyers for both men saying their clients will plead not guilty.
Police say Bosma left his home on May 6, 2013, to take two men for a test drive in a pickup truck he was trying to sell online and never returned.
Massive searches by police and Bosma's family and friends failed to find any trace of the 32-year-old until a week later when his body was found ``burned beyond recognition.''
The police search had involved more than 150 officers and had spread across neighbouring jurisdictions, including Toronto, Brantford, York Region, and Waterloo.
