One Welland resident is celebrating after winning the ENCORE prize back on July 18th.
Kenneth Radway first checked his ticket to reveal a 'Big Winner' notification but he admits he thought he won a thousand dollars, not a million.
With six children at home, Kenneth has big plans for his winnings.
Travelling and doing some home renovations are also in his future.
His winning ticket was sold at Rexall on Fitch Street in Welland.
