The horse racing community will come together next week for a two-hour vigil to remember 43 horses that died in a stable fire near Guelph.
Standardbred Canada says a ``light vigil'' will be held Tuesday evening in front of Classy Lane Training Centre in Puslinch, where the stable fire broke out Monday night.
The organizers say the gathering is meant to honour the horses that perished and to support the owners, trainers and grooms who have been affected.
There will be no flames allowed at the vigil and people are asked to bring flashlights or battery-powered candles instead.
