We are getting more details about a kidnapping and robbery in Port Colborne.
Police say two men with weapons allegedly forced a man who was using an ATM into a vehicle Tuesday afternoon at 3:30 in the Clarence and Elm Street area.
Police say he was assaulted and the suspects stole his money before leaving him in the snow in the Wainfleet area.
Constable Phil Gavin tells CKTB a person who witnessed the kidnapping followed the suspect vehicle while on the phone with 9-1-1 and helped police track down the driver.
The second suspect jumped from the vehicle in the Wainfleet area.
The NRP K-9 Unit tracked the man on foot for close to an hour before taking him into custody.
The suspect showed signs of hypothermia.
Facing charges 42 year old Jarrod Morin of Port Colborne and 53 year old Curtis Baker of Wallaceburg.
Police add it was not a random act, and that the victim and accused are known to each other.
